Do I pay per worker?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited field workers. You only pay for back-office seats and projects. The crew logging work is always free.
Do my crew need email addresses or accounts?+
No. Workers sign in on a shared site tablet with a first name and a 6-digit PIN. Clients sign off with no account at all, from an emailed link.
Does it work with a bad signal on site?+
DailyWorks runs in the browser and installs like an app on the site tablet. Saving an entry needs a data connection, but entries are tiny, so a basic 4G signal is plenty.
Are the client signatures legally valid?+
Yes. Client sign-offs are electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS regulation (910/2014). Every signature is captured with an explicit consent statement and a full evidence pack: the signed document is frozen byte-for-byte at the moment of signing, fingerprinted with a SHA-256 content hash, and stamped with the signer, timestamps, IP and device in a signature certificate printed on the document itself.
How is this different from a generic daily-report app?+
It's built for scaffolding: measured m² by activity and material, client sign-off, and billing baked in, not a generic photo-and-notes form. And it's priced for subcontractors, not enterprise.
Can I invoice from it?+
Yes. Once a month's work is signed off, generate a numbered invoice from it: the figures come straight from the monthly report, with your VAT rate, payment terms and bank details. Download the PDF or email it to the client, then mark it paid.
We don't use the standard scaffold systems — can I add my own materials?+
Yes. Materials are yours to define: name, how they're measured (dimensions, m² or pieces), whether they're company-owned or client-supplied, and their own rates. Fixed-price contracts are supported too.
