Do I pay per worker?+

Do my crew need email addresses or accounts?+
No. Workers sign in on a shared site tablet with a first name and a 6-digit PIN. Clients sign off with no account at all, from an emailed link.
Does it work with a bad signal on site?+
DailyWorks runs in the browser and installs like an app on the site tablet. Saving an entry needs a data connection, but entries are tiny, so a basic 4G signal is plenty.
Are the client signatures legally valid?+
Yes. Client sign-offs are electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS regulation (910/2014). Every signature is captured with an explicit consent statement and a full evidence pack: the signed document is frozen byte-for-byte at the moment of signing, fingerprinted with a SHA-256 content hash, and stamped with the signer, timestamps, IP and device in a signature certificate printed on the document itself.
How is this different from a generic daily-report app?+
